▲ Customers can enjoy Extra 20GB Local Data offer per month within the contract period upon a designated 5G service plan (15GB/ 80GB) contract subscription.

Thereafter charge for local data HK$50/10GB or HK$80/5G Unlimited Data (data speed up to 5Mbps) will be charged on 'Advise and Consent' basis. 'Advise and Consent' basis: At any time when the local data usage on a plan nearly reaches the monthly allowance, an SMS notification will be sent to the customer. The customer may reply to the SMS to purchase a top-up that will be valid until the end of this bill month. If no top-up is purchased, data service will be suspended when the data usage has reached the allowance. Customer may purchase a top-up at any time to resume service, or wait until the beginning of the next bill month to commence service again with the new monthly data allowance.

Monthly fee HK$398/ HK$328 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$458/HK$388 for 5G SIM Only Service Plan, after a contract bonus of HK$60 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Monthly fee HK$120 is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$138 for each 5G Add-On SIM card, after a contract bonus of HK$18 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

Fixed-Term contract is not required for Smart Data Bank ; customers are required to pay service fee monthly. Monthly fee HK$18 of “SmarT Data Bank” is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$88 for “SmarT Data Bank”, after HK$70 per month has been given to the customer within the contract period of specified 5G Service Plan. At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing comparable plan if the customer continues to use the service.

^∅Talk Freely Pack Service Rebate: Subscription to Talk Freely Pack is required within the contract period. Customer can enjoy a monthly rebate for Talk Freely Pack under a designated Plan, the amount of rebate is based on the monthly service charge at the time of service subscription. The rebate on the first bill month and/or the last bill month will be credited on a pro-rate basis based on the number of days of usage during the bill cycle (If applicable). The rebate amount in a bill month will not be greater than the monthly service charge. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service. (The free offer is only applicable to designated plan contract subscription). The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan includes unlimited local voice minutes and unlimited local data usage. The unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan is only applicable to the local data usage incurred by the designated apps on smartphone. Data usage incurred by apps download and software update are excluded. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the unlimited data usage under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

^V A 12-month contract is required for hmvod. A rebate of $48 per month will be given in first, third and sixth bill months within contract period. Service Plan includes "VIP UNLIMITED" VOD programme and 2 hmvod movie coupons per month. hmvod movie coupons can be used for renting programmes tagged with "VOUCHER“ (“the Rental”). The movie voucher required for the Rental marked with "VOUCHER" on their respective information pages. At the end of the contract period, the customer will be charged at the prevailing original monthly fee of the service if the customer continues to use the service. Besides, extra 14 hmvod “Movie Vouchers” are applicable to SmarTone customers subscribing to 12-month hmvod contract for the first time from now until 31 Jan 2021, and activating hmvod service on/ before 31 Jan 2021. Eligible Customer can enjoy designated amount of extra “Movie Vouchers” which will be valid within the contract period. The Voucher will be credited to the hmvod account about 3 working days after service activation.

^Δ Cyber & Voice Security (Triple Protect) includes Call Guard, Norton Security & Norton Secure VPN (for one device). A 12-month contract is required. A rebate of $36 per month will be given in first 3 bill months within contract period. Unless otherwise specified by the customer to terminate the service not less than 30 days before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term.

Only applicable to new customers whose identity document (HKID or passport no.) has not subscribed any postpaid mobile service in the past 3 months. A designated service plan with 24 months contract subscription and an admin fee of HK$18 per month are required.
The extra data and/or free offers and/or the value of the premium depend on the contract subscription selected.

5G Add-on SIM card:

Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription. Each registered mobile number of the specified 5G service plan (“Main SIM card”) can subscribe maximum 4 5G Add-on SIM card.
Customers opting for 5G Add-on SIM card, the contract end date of each 5G Add-on SIM card will be the same as the 5G service plan.
Specified data usage and voice usage under designated 5G service plan will be shared between all 5G Add-on SIM cards. The accumulated usage of Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards will be counted towards the usage of the designated 5G service plan.
Additional voice minutes charge HK$0.9/min.
Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.

Extra Local Data Offer:

Only available to customers who subscribe to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
(Applicable to customer opting for 5G Add-on SIM cards) The extra local data entitlement depends on the number of 5G Add-on SIM cards customer selected. If customer subscribe to in total 2 5G Add-on SIM cards, customer will be entitled to extra 50GB local data upon 2nd 5G Add-on SIM card subscription; If customer subscribe to in total 3 5G Add-on SIM cards, customer will be entitled to extra 100GB local data upon 3rd 5G Add-on SIM card subscription; If customer subscribe to in total 4 5G Add-on SIM cards, customer will be entitled to extra 150GB local data upon 4th 5G Add-on SIM card subscription.
The extra local data will be forfeited if the Customer changes to other service plans / change or cancel 5G Add-on SIM card.
Each service plan is entitled to the offer once only.

Greater Bay Area Data Pack :

The Greater Bay Area Data Pack (“this service plan”) monthly data allowance can be shared in China and Macau.
The Service plan is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s designated monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service plan must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
The customer will be entitled Free “Easy Number” Service within contract period at the time of contract effective date of Greater Bay Area Data Pack (Free “Easy Number” Service only applicable to Primary SIM Card). For details of “Easy Number” Service” and China Mobile Number Application Form, please click here.
The Customer who subscribe Greater Bay Area Data Pack should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time. Please click here for details of Virtual WiFi Egg. Please click here for details of "Upgraded" Roaming Data Day Plan.
(If applicable) If Primary SIM Card customer subscribe the Greater Bay Area Data Pack, all mobile numbers under the designated plan should also activate Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan at the same time.
When the Customer is within the location of China and Macau, and if the Customer’s accumulated China Macau data usage exceeds Greater Bay Area Data Pack monthly allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward, the China Macau data service will be charged automatically by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
When the Customer is within the location of any of the overseas destinations other than China and Macau, the daily roaming data usage will be charged by Virtual WiFi Egg or “Upgraded” Roaming Data Day Plan subscribed by the customer.
Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed in conjunction with designated DataRoam services or designated Roaming Data Plan.
Greater Bay Area Data Pack cannot be subscribed separately in conjunction with “Easy number” Service (excluding the secondary SIM Cards/ Add-on SIM cards of the designated plan).
(Applicable to designated plan) Greater Bay Area Data Pack is only available to Primary SIM Card. All mobile numbers under the designated plan can enjoy the monthly roaming data allowance and (If applicable) the data allowance carried forward upon subscription of the Primary SIM Card.

Easy Number Service:

Easy Number is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company's monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
Each Hong Kong Identity Card holder can only subscribe to a maximum number of 3 Standard Plans of the Service, while each SmarTone mobile phone number registering with the same HKID holder can subscribe to one Standard Plan only. Each Standard Plan will be allocated one China mobile phone number. If a Customer registers more than 3 Standard Plans for this Service, SmarTone reserves the right to terminate the oversubscribed plan(s) and its China mobile number.
The Customer must agree with the arrangement of Registration of True Identity Information of users for China mobile numbers. For details, please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions of this Service.

“Smart Data Bank” Service:

Any unused local data, extra local data, top-up data (exclude 5G unlimited local data) and extra China and Macau data usage of free GBA data pack under designated 5G service plan (“Eligible data to be carried forward”) before the end of bill month can be carried forward until change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service
Maximum balance of data to be carried forward is limited to: 500GB for local data and 10GB for designated China and Macau data. Any unused and related eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited if balance of data to be carried forward reach the limit.
(Where applicable) Upon the subscription of the specified 5G service plan with the “SmarT Data Bank” service plan, balance of data to be carried forward is shared by Main SIM card and all 5G Add-on SIM cards under the Plan.
Unused Eligible data to be carried forward before the end of bill month will not be carried forward if the Customer changes to other service plans; Balance of data to be carried forward will be forfeited if the Customer change or cancel “Smart Data Bank” Service.

Talk Freely Pack Service:

Only available to customer who has subscribed to a designated Service Plan.
The available designated apps will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
The designated apps are provided by a third supplier. The content and the settings of those apps may change from time to time without any notice. The Company makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the services or information provided by the third suppliers.
The Talk Freely Pack Service Plan does not include the subscription fee and other items / service purchased by the designated apps.
(If applicable) Upon the subscription of the designated Family Service Plan/designated 5G service plan with the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan, all mobile numbers under the Plan can enjoy the Talk Freely Pack Service.
The local data speed under the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan follows the Specified Service Plan subscribed by the Customer.
For any Customer who subscribes the Specified Service Plan with a designated data speed, when monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the Specified Service Plan, local data service of the Specified Service Plan and the Talk Freely Pack Service Plan continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the Specified Service Plan, data service experience may be affected.

5G Unlimited Local Data:

Only available to customers who have subscribed to a designated 5G service plan contract subscription.
When monthly data usage reaches the plan's data allowance, data service continues with data speed up to 5Mbps.
5G Unlimited Local Data is not applicable to 2G phones / connected devices or any phones / connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network, and not applicable to other connected devices (including but not limited to USB modem / pocket wi-fi / TV box / BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry 7 OS and earlier versions ).

Discount Handset Price:

A contract subscription of designated 5G service plan and designated monthly charge for handset within contract period (“Discount Handset Price”) to purchase designated handset are required.
Prepayment and (where applicable) one-off additional handset price are required. The Discount Handset Price, prepayment amount and one-off additional handset price vary according to the smartphone model selected by the customer.
Prepayment amount will be credited to the customer during the contract period according to the credit arrangement specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (or Supplemental Agreement to the Sales and Services Agreement).
The Customer shall not be entitled to the Credit Amount or any balance thereof if cancel the service plan/ change to other service plan.
The Credit Amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
Customers who purchase the designated smartphones can enjoy 12 months’ SmarTone Screen Replace™ for free.

Accessory Credit Offer:

Only applicable to the purchase of designated accessories at the Company's stores.
Customer is required to purchase designated accessories at the prevailing Recommended Retail Price.
The credit is valid for 365 days from the date of contract subscription. Customer can use the credit offer for one transaction only within the validity period. Any unused credit will be forfeited upon expiry.
The remaining credit amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refund.
Each designated contract subscription is entitled to the credit offer once.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit offer.

Upgraded Back-to-Front "SmarTone Screen Replace™":

Upon accidental physical damage of the smartphone screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover, within 12 months of the effective date of Screen Replace, SmarTone will reimburse the cost of screen/LCD panel and/or back cover repair or replacement, once only within the first 12 months from the effective date of Screen Replace.
The reimbursement is subject to submission by the customer of the official invoice from the smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centres as stipulated by SmarTone.
The reimbursement is restricted to covering the repair or replacement cost of accidental physical damage of the handset screen and/or its attached LCD panel and/or back cover and excludes any other repair and refurbishment of any other component or the handset itself. For smartphone manufacturer or its authorised repair centre that offer a handset replacement as the only option for repair, SmarTone may at its discretion reimburse 60% on the cost of handset replacement. The reimbursement percentage can vary from time to time. SmarTone has the right to make the final decision in relation to the reimbursement.

This service is only available for SmarTone customers with a mobile monthly service plan subscription.
Customer shall not be entitled to the rebate amount or any balance thereof if change to other service/ cancel this service; The rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
Monthly fee rebate offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
This service can be used on smartphones running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems of iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerryR. For Android smartphone which does not support Google Play services, the Value-Added Service will not be applicable on the smartphone. The available smartphones running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask our store assistants for details.

Unless otherwise specified by the Customer before the Term expired, the Term will be automatically extended at the prevailing service plan for successive periods of Term.

The Service is only available Customer who has subscribed to a designated 5G Service Plan. The add-on SIM under the designated 5G Service Plan can also subscribe the Service individually.
During the service period, more network resources will be allocated, and network usage will be prioritized to the local data entitlement of Specified Service Plan and extra top-up local data.
The Service is only available to the local data entitlement of Specified Service Plan and extra top-up local data, but not suitable to “FUP Unlimited Data Plan”
At the end of this contract, the Company will continue to provide the service and the customer will be charged at the prevailing rate.

SmarTone Plus membership & privilege:

Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

By successfully activating the “Auto-earn The Point Bonus Points” function, SmarTone mobile service plan users (“Users”) agree and authorize S Rewards Ltd – a member of SmarTone Group to transfer and provide your mobile phone numbers and future handsets and accessories spending details at SmarTone stores (applicable to stores in The Point participating malls only) to The Point by SHKP (“The Point”) for points registration.
From now till 30 June 2021, upon spending at designated SmarTone stores (applicable to stores in The Point participating malls only), system will automatically transfer and provide related spending receipt details and mobile phone number of Users (who successfully activating the “Auto-earn The Point Bonus Points” function) to The Point for bonus point registration. Users can earn 2 The Point bonus points for every HK$1 spent (applicable to any spending receipt amount equivalent to or higher than HK$1, while any amount under HK$1 will not be counted.) Eligible receipts include the receipts of purchase of designated handsets and accessories (including the receipts paid by cash. For installment payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption.), while the following spending amount not eligible to register for bonus points of The Point, including but not limited to value-added services (which include Apple Care and SmarTone Screen Replace), telecommunication fees, monthly fee, handset prepayment, purchase of prepaid cards/calling cards, fines, compensation , trade-in transactions or product redemptions, rebate, online shopping (excluding online handset preorder deposit) and use of gift certificates, cash coupons, eCoupons, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates and SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates.
User’s SmarTone mobile service plan mobile number and the registered mobile phone number of The Point must be the same used to activate the “Auto-earn The Point Bonus Points function”.
The Point bonus points, rewards and services are provided by The Point. SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited and S Rewards Limited are not directly or indirectly responsible for any related bonus points, rewards and services.
The Point bonus points will be credited to The Point account of the User automatically within 3 working days after receipt approval.
Each machine-printed receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can only be used for The Point bonus point registration once. Any duplicate bonus point registration in The Point account will not be accepted.
If User requests for a refund (full or partial) of transaction in SmarTone stores (applicable to stores in The Point participating malls only), The Point bonus points will not be credited to The Point account of the User; or The Point bonus points that are credited will be automatically deducted from the point balance of The Point account of the Member.
In case of fraud or abuse case, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited, SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited and S Rewards Limited reserve the right to forfeit or deduct the bonus points that are credited without any prior notice.
The registration and use of The Point membership and bonus points are subject to the terms and conditions of “The Point”. For details, please refer to www.thepoint.com.hk/en, the App, WeChat Official Account or contact the staff at VIP Counter / Customer Care Centre of participating malls.
In case of disputes, the decision of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited, SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited and S Rewards Limited shall be final and conclusive.
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

Extra The Point Bonus Points for Samsung Handsets or Accessories:

From now till 30 April 2021, upon purchase of Samsung handset/accessories, SmarTone mobile service plan users (“Users”), who successfully activating the “Auto-earn The Point Bonus Points” function, can earn 1 additional The Point bonus point for every HK$1 spent at all SmarTone stores (i.e 3 The Point bonus points can be earned for every HK$1 spent at SHKP Mall SmarTone stores), and 2 additional The Point bonus points for every HK$1 spent at SmarTone Online Store (subject to the checkout platform, applicable to any spending receipt amount equivalent to or higher than HK$1, while any amount under HK$1 will not be counted.) System will automatically transfer and provide related spending receipt details and mobile phone number of Users to The Point for bonus point registration. Eligible receipts include the receipts paid by cash. For installment payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption. For SmarTone Online Store purchases, SmarTone mobile service plan users must use their SmarTone mobile number to log in to their Online Store account prior to check-out, and input the same mobile number in the order’s “Contact Information” in order to earn The Point bonus points.
Each machine-printed receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can only be used for The Point bonus point registration once. Any duplicate bonus point registration in The Point account will not be accepted.
