A day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 local time of the visited destination. For destinations with multi time zones, it will be according to the time of the capital at the visited destination or specific destination.

When daily data usage reaches 700MB, a SMS notification will be sent to the customer, who may reply to the SMS to purchase extra full speed roaming data. If no additional purchase for full speed data is made, the data speed will be at up to 128kbps for the Customer to continue with the use of data roaming.

Using a Day Plan in China and Macau on the same day will only incur one daily fee. The daily fee will be charged a maximum of two times if the Customer uses the plan in different designated destinations in Europe within the same day.

"Virtual Wifi Egg" Roaming Calls offer: Upon roaming data usage with “Virtual Wifi Egg” in designated destination(s), this Offer will also be valid at the same time until 23:59 local time of the same destination(s) ("Validity Period"). The customer can enjoy $4 per minute for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial in the same destination within the validity period. Calls in other destinations/ other roaming calls usage will be charge at standard roaming rates. This offer is not applicable for *131* PhoneHome call, customer with Traveller Service Plan or 1 Card 2 Numbers Service Plan.

A day of In-flight Roaming is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 Hong Kong time.

The offer needs to be used within 12 months from the day of successful purchased.

The offer could be purchased maximum 10 times per Data Pass.

Multi-day Roaming Data Pass ("offer") could be purchased maximum 10 times per Data Pass for each number.

The offer (both data pass & bonus days) needs to be used within 12 months from the day of successful purchase for using Virtual WiFi Egg at designated destinations. There is no limit on consecutive day.
(If applicable) Expiry date would be aligned to the latest purchased offer when customer purchases more than one Roaming Data Pass.
(If applicable) The deduction sequence will be as follow when customer has purchased more than one Roaming Data Pass for different groups of destinations: 1) China/Macau Roaming Data Pass, 2) Asia Pacific Roaming Data Pass, 3) Worldwide Roaming Data Pass
(If applicable) Bonus days would be consumed first before Roaming Data Pass.
The original day plan price will be charged if number of Roaming Data Pass’s days exceeded or usage at non-designated destinations. The remaining days of Roaming Data Pass will be automatically forfeited after the expiry date.
(Family Plan/ Designated 5G Service Plan) This offer is only available to main SIM mobile number under designated plan. After successful purchase, all mobile numbers under the plan should also activate / switch on Virtual WiFi Egg and Roaming service to enjoy Multi-day Roaming Data Pass upon subscription from main SIM. Virtual WiFi Egg Combo Package :

The Customer will be entitled 15-day Virtual WiFi Egg and 100nins Free Roaming voice at the time of contract effective date. The Term shall start from the service effective date and valid for 24 months.
15-day Virtual WiFi Egg can be used in designated destinations within the validity period. There is no limit on consecutive day.
If data usage exceeds the day limit of the Virtual WiFi Egg Combo Package or at non-designated destination, the Customer will be charged the original day plan price according to the destination(s) of the Customer.
15-day Virtual WiFi Egg cannot be used when the Customer is using the China Macau Data Pack / Greater Bay Area Easy Pack within the location of China and Macau.
(If applicable) If the Customer also purchased other roaming data service(s), deduction on usage of roaming data shall follow the following deduction sequence:
1) Roaming data allowance under service plan (DataRoam Service/ Greater Bay Area Data Service/ ExtraCare Bay Area Plan/ SuperCare Bay Area/ Asia/ Worldwide Plan);
2) RoamFlex Data Pass roaming data allowance;
3) Roaming Data Pass (by daily);
4) Data Roaming Dollars;
5) Day(s) of Virtual WiFi Egg Combo Package.
100 mins Free Roaming Voice (“Free roaming voice min(s)”) for receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong by roaming direct dial (“designated calls”) in designated destinations (T&C-I047 Appendix I) within the validity period.
